The radical shift to direct-to-consumer shopping globally, in conjunction with COVID-related restrictions, has overwhelmed the courier network globally. As a result, routine package scanning for tracking updates is less reliable, package receipt signatures are sometimes not being offered to minimize exposure risks for drivers and unforeseen delays are the new norm, as health restrictions fluctuate by region. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during these unprecedented times.

Standard Shipping within Australia:

$9 – orders below AU$50.

Free – orders above AU$50.

If you would like to ship to a country outside of Australia, please change the ship to location in the header menu. Different shipping rates will apply.

Free shipping may not apply when used in conjunction with other promotions. Please review your order at checkout to see if you meet spend requirements.

Returns and exchanges

Grown Alchemist has a 30 day return policy: you have 30 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return centre for a refund or exchange.

Returning or exchanging your purchase

Items purchased via can be returned to us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased via specialty stockists or retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase.

When returning any items being submitted must be unopened and in their original sale condition. Should you decided to return or exchange your order you will be responsible for any additional postage.  When submitting items for return please place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Gifted items purchased from our website can be exchanged providing the product is unopened and you have proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for gifted items.

In the unlikely event that items in your Grown Alchemist order are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team via to arrange your product return or exchange.
