If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. NB, only products purchased at grownalchemist.com are valid for refund or exchange. Products are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

30 Day Refund – if returned within 30 days of purchase

Online Credit – if returned within 60 days of purchase

Provide original proof of purchase

only items purchased on the Grown Alchemist website can be returned to grownalchemist.com.  Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.


Resalable Condition

Items must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.


Please contact us at [email protected] so we can safely track your return parcel back to us.  You may be responsible for shipping costs.


Tested Products

In cases where an item has been tested, we are happy to provide an online credit for your return.


What do you mean by “tested”

Tested means you’ve used less than 30% of the product. Our goods also come with all statutory guarantees.  Please tell us if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll always try to help you where we can.


What if my Item was damaged, incorrect or faulty

Please contact our customer care team on [email protected] in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product.  We will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.


How long will my return take?

Returns typically take between 5-7 business days to reach us.  We’ll process the return within 3 business days.  Your bank may take a further 3-5 days to clear funds into your account.
